Return Eligibility Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Returns are approved when products meet the eligibility criteria listed on this page—no discretionary or subjective refusals.

Return Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is free. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Change-of-mind or wrong variant ordered: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return (RMA Process)

  • Step 1 – Contact Us: Email support@aaiwholesale.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2 – Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
  • Step 3 – Pack & Ship: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship it using the carrier of your choice unless instructed otherwise.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return reaches our facility, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
  • Returned items must match the condition described during the RMA request (unused, undamaged, complete).
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If an item is returned used, missing parts, or not in acceptable condition, we will notify you with photo evidence and available options.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, color, or model, please contact us at support@aaiwholesale.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that pose hygiene or safety concerns (e.g., personal care items, opened sanitary products).
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
  • Wholesale bulk orders are final sale unless defective.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the order enters processing or shipment, whichever occurs first.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined on this page.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must email support@aaiwholesale.com with their order number.
  • If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
